Alaska Airlines has announced a Stagecoach-themed giveaway, offering fans the opportunity to win festival passes and flights to the renowned country music event. The announcement was made on the social media platform X on April 9.
The Stagecoach Festival is an annual country music event held at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California, typically following the Coachella festival. Established in 2007, it has grown to become the world’s largest country music festival, featuring a diverse lineup ranging from mainstream country to alternative country artists. Notable past performers include Brad Paisley, Taylor Swift, and Garth Brooks.
According to Alaska Airlines, headquartered in SeaTac, Washington, it operates a network serving more than 115 destinations across North America and Central America. The airline’s primary hubs include Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, Portland International Airport, and Los Angeles International Airport. In 2021, Alaska Airlines officially joined the oneworld alliance to enhance its global connectivity.
In December 2024, Alaska Airlines announced plans to introduce nonstop flights from Seattle to Tokyo and Seoul as part of its strategy to expand its international presence. The Tokyo route is scheduled to begin in May 2025, followed by the Seoul route in October 2025. This strategic expansion aims to increase profitability and enhance its global network.
