According to the San Bernardino Sun, Amazon’s KSBD Air Hub is one of the Inland Empire’s largest logistics employers and continues to expand its workforce development initiatives alongside its air operations. The Career Choice Fair is part of Amazon’s regional strategy to invest in employee development and strengthen partnerships with local educational institutions. By engaging these institutions and multiple departments, the event emphasizes the company’s focus on fostering upward mobility and long-term career growth within the San Bernardino community.

Amazon News reports that the company’s Career Choice program pre-pays up to 95% of tuition and fees for employees pursuing certificates or degrees in high-demand fields such as IT, healthcare, and transportation. Since its inception, more than 180,000 Amazon employees globally have benefited from this initiative through a network of over 130 education partners. This program supports the purpose of KSBD’s “7th Career Choice Fair,” enabling associates to connect with opportunities that encourage both education and advancement within Amazon.
