Cathay Pacific has announced a partnership with Mott 32, an acclaimed Chinese restaurant brand, to offer an enhanced dining experience at The Pier, First class lounge at Hong Kong International Airport. This collaboration is part of Cathay Pacific’s efforts to provide exceptional service both in the air and on the ground.
From January 21, tasting menus featuring Mott 32’s renowned dishes have been added on rotation alongside The Pier’s monthly a-la-carte offerings. These menus focus on seasonality and balance, offering contemporary Chinese cuisine that pays homage to Hong Kong’s culinary heritage.

The menu includes appetizers such as crispy mushrooms with green beans and sesame or chilled tofu with roasted green chilli sauce. Main courses feature dishes like braised wagyu beef with aged tangerine peel or crispy black cod with golden garlic and chilli. A specially crafted aperitif inspired by Hong Kong Iced Tea rounds out the dining experience.
