Ahead of Memorial Day, Delta has unveiled its annual list of the most-searched international summer destinations, using data from Delta.com and the Fly Delta App. This list reveals the cities customers are most interested in for their 2025 summer travel plans.

According to Delta, London, Paris, and Rome maintain their positions as the top three most-searched destinations. Notably, searches for Paris increased by approximately 16% compared to the previous year. Tokyo, Japan also showed a notable rise, moving up from seventh to sixth place with a 54% increase in searches. Meanwhile, Lisbon, Portugal entered the top 10 for the first time, surpassing Vancouver due to a 6.5% increase in interest since last year.

The list includes:

– London, England
– Paris, France
– Rome, Italy
– Cancun, Mexico
– Athens, Greece
– Tokyo, Japan
– Amsterdam, Netherlands
– Dublin, Ireland
– Barcelona, Spain
– Lisbon, Portugal

Additionally, Delta suggests domestic alternatives for those exploring the “micro trip” trend, which involves short, concise trips. These alternatives include cities like Boston for London, Charleston for Paris, and Santa Barbara for Athens.

For domestic travelers, the top searched destinations are New York City, Atlanta, Orlando, Las Vegas, Seattle, Los Angeles, Boston, Minneapolis, Detroit, and Honolulu, many of which are Delta hubs connecting travelers to over 300 destinations across six continents.

Data for this list was collected from U.S.-based searches on Delta.com and the Fly Delta App from November 1, 2024, to March 25, 2025, targeting travel between May 1 and August 31, 2025.
