John Wayne Airport has announced the opening of new dining and retail concessions as part of its ongoing efforts to improve guest services and modernize its facilities. The additions include Dunkin’, operated by HMSHost; Harbor Exchange, managed by Paradies Lagardère; and Brookstone, run by Hudson. These new venues are intended to expand the food and retail offerings available to travelers at the airport.

“A positive traveler experience is a priority,” said Chair Doug Chaffee, Fourth District. “These new dining and retail options reflect a commitment to enhancing the guest experience by offering a variety of choices.”

Vice Chair Katrina Foley, Fifth District, commented, “These new concession openings support local jobs and local boutique businesses, stimulate economic activity, and reinforce John Wayne Airport’s role as an important economic driver for Orange County.”

Dunkin’, located pre-security in Terminal B near baggage claim, provides coffee, espresso drinks, donuts, breakfast sandwiches, and grab-and-go items. Harbor Exchange offers travel essentials and gifts inspired by Southern California’s culture post-security in Terminal A across from Gate 8. Brookstone features electronics and travel accessories from major brands such as Apple, Beats, Bose, Sony, and others at its location next to Harbor Exchange.

“This is just the beginning of the concessions redevelopment, and these openings reflect the continued attention on modernizing facilities and services for travelers,” said Supervisor Janet Nguyen, First District.

Second District Supervisor Vicente Sarmiento added, “The added dining and retail concepts help showcase the unique character of our County and provide both local selections and nationally recognized brands for our residents and guests.”

Supervisor Don Wagner of the Third District stated: “Strong partnerships with experienced concessionaires allow the Airport to deliver value to travelers while supporting responsible progress and economic investment.”

According to Charlene Reynolds, Airport Director: “John Wayne Airport is thrilled to welcome new partners to the Terminal. Expanding our food and beverage options is part of our continued commitment to curating a sense of place for a superior guest experience.”

An event was held on February 19 featuring remarks from officials followed by ribbon-cutting ceremonies at each new concession site throughout the terminal.
