Larry Ellison, one of the wealthiest businessmen globally and founder of Oracle Corporation, operates a Gulfstream G650 private jet. With an estimated net worth exceeding $200 billion, Ellison’s aircraft, registered as N817GS, is primarily used for domestic flights within the United States. According to Celebrity Private Jet Tracker, frequent destinations include Van Nuys Airport in Los Angeles and Palm Beach International Airport in Florida.

The Gulfstream G650 boasts a maximum range of approximately 7,500 nautical miles and is recognized for its luxurious design. Internationally, Ellison’s jet has been spotted at locations such as Farnborough Airport in England and Palma de Mallorca Airport in Spain.

The G650 was introduced by Gulfstream in December 2012 after extensive development and testing. It was the largest and fastest business jet at the time of its launch but has since been surpassed by the Gulfstream G700. The aircraft features advanced design elements like fly-by-wire controls and a unique fuselage with panoramic windows.

Gulfstream has delivered over 500 variants of the G650 since its introduction. The aircraft is popular among wealthy travelers and corporations such as Pfizer and Chevron. Notable individuals who own a G650 include Bill Gates, Jeff Bezos, Elon Musk, and Mark Zuckerberg.

Qatar Executive operates the largest fleet of G650s as part of Qatar Airways’ private jet charter service. Other companies like Flexjet and Jet Aviation also offer this model for charter services.
