Alvest Group, comprising its companies TLD and Smart Airport Systems (SAS), alongside EasyMile, has announced the formal launch of TractEasy. This joint venture aims to manage the commercialization of the EZTow autonomous tow tractor.

The collaboration will leverage each company's strengths to accelerate the global deployment of an autonomous tow tractor solution for airports and industrial sites. It also aims to streamline customer experience by making TractEasy the exclusive distributor of this co-developed technology.

The EZTow autonomous tow tractor is currently the most-deployed globally, with numerous repeat orders from industrial and airport customers worldwide. Notable deployments include John Deere in the US, BMW Group Plant Dingolfing in Germany, Daimler AG Truck Assembly Plant in Wörth, Changi Airport in Singapore, and Japan Airlines at Narita International Airport in Japan.
