dnata, a global air and travel services provider, has secured a multi-year contract to deliver inflight catering services to ITA Airways at Los Angeles International (LAX) and San Francisco International (SFO) airports. The company will produce and uplift over 200,000 meals annually for the Italian flag carrier's daily flights from both airports to Rome.

Peter DeVito, chief executive officer of dnata Catering North America, stated: "We are proud to have been selected as the exclusive catering supplier to ITA Airways in Los Angeles and San Francisco. Our experienced team will contribute to the excellent on-board experience by consistently delivering outstanding meals that passengers love. We look forward to a long and prosperous partnership with the ITA Airways team."

Including ITA Airways, dnata serves more than 40 airline customers at 12 airports across the USA with a team of over 1,000 hospitality professionals. In Los Angeles and San Francisco alone, dnata provided over three million meals for more than 11,000 individual flights in the last financial year 2023-24.
