Talma, a leading airport services company in Latin America, Aeropuertos del Peru (AdP), and Inmobiliaria Koricancha (IKSA), members of Grupo Sandoval, have been awarded the "Anti-Corruption Certification" by the Association of Empresarios por la Integridad (Businessmen for Integrity). This endorsement extends their "Anti-Bribery Certification" held since 2019. These three Grupo Sandoval companies are the first in Peru to receive this certification, reaffirming their commitment to honesty and transparency throughout their operations.

“This important certification confirms that we comply with the requirements established by the association and accredits the conformity of each process in the services provided by the three companies. We are proud to have participated in this process and to receive this distinction as part of Grupo Sandoval," said Arturo Cassinelli, Talma's corporate general manager; Evans Avendaño, general manager of AdP; and Edgardo Carbonel, general manager of IKSA.

The certification highlights and recognizes the efforts of Grupo Sandoval companies to implement and maintain its Anti-Corruption Management System, based on its Prevention Model and Integrity Culture, which has been duly audited by SGS del Peru. This audit verified the effectiveness of the system in preventing crimes such as bribery, corruption between private parties, collusion, conflicts of interest, influence peddling, money laundering, and parallel accounting in all its forms.

Before awarding the certification, the auditing firm evaluated compliance with several requirements: the Empresarios por la Integridad standard based on Peruvian legislation concerning administrative liability of corporations; Securities Market Regulatory Authority (SMV) guidelines for implementation and operation of the prevention model; and good business practices.

“At Grupo Sandoval we promote a culture of ethics and integrity through various business practices that not only contribute positively to the development and sustained growth of our country but also reinforce our commitment to fight tirelessly for a corruption-free Peru," said Oswaldo Sandoval Aguirre, chairman of the board of Grupo Sandoval.
