A recent incident involving Delta Airlines was highlighted by Kris Van Cleave of CBS Evening News. He tweeted images of a meal served on a flight to Amsterdam with the caption, "Clearly the flight attendants who served these weren’t primarily there for your safety. See it here first…images of the chicken ala mold that got onto a Delta flight heading for AMS this week."
