Nearly 400 SLH hotels are now accessible through the Hilton Honors partnership, allowing members to earn points on paid rates and redeem them for stays at luxury properties. This development enhances Hilton's offerings in the luxury redemption market, making their points more attractive.

These high-end properties are priced within Hilton’s standard redemption range, with the most expensive stays costing up to 150,000 points per night. Notably, there are no resort fees on redemptions, and the 5th night free benefit applies.

Hilton secured this partnership from Hyatt, which had acquired the Mr & Mrs Smith booking platform. Like SLH, this is a collaboration with independent properties rather than a brand acquisition. Despite Hyatt's ownership of Mr & Mrs Smith potentially offering higher-end hotels, their low-value revenue-based redemptions rendered the partnership less beneficial. Customers still need to book through Hyatt channels to receive credit and points, similar to how it operates with Hilton and SLH.

Hilton appears to have gained a significant advantage from this trade. While paid stays through Hyatt often meant forfeiting elite benefits, the SLH experience for Honors members remains satisfactory despite limited benefits outside Hilton brands.

All members receive a Member Discount, Complimentary Standard Wi-Fi, Complimentary Late Checkout, Bottled Water/Hydration per stay, and No Resort Fees on Reward Stays. Additional benefits include:

- **Honors Silver**: 20% Elite Tier Bonus, 5th Standard Reward Night Free

- **Honors Gold**: 80% Elite Tier Bonus, Complimentary Breakfast (for two guests), Space-available Upgrades

- **Honors Diamond**: 100% Elite Tier Bonus, Complimentary Breakfast (for two guests), Space-available upgrades

Hilton initially announced that 100 SLH hotels would join Honors this year with more additions next year. They managed to bring most of the SLH portfolio online within months.

"I’ve taken advantage of redemptions at places like Point Grace Resort in Turks and Caicos and Wentworth Mansion in Charleston through World of Hyatt," shared one user. "Both were fantastic value in their own way."

This expansion provides Honors members with a broader array of luxury redemption options though availability may be limited at smaller properties.
