Epic Flight Academy staff and members of the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon-cutting ceremony during Epic’s grand opening of its newest flight school location at the Herlong Recreational Airport. This is Epic’s fifth flight school, with other locations in Ocala, Tallahassee, New Smyrna Beach, and Tucson.

Brock Rees, Director of Satellite Operations, oversaw the expansion and was on site for the celebration with other Epic staff members. Guests were invited to take discovery flights, tour the school, and experience a flight simulator.

Flight students have already enrolled and are training in Epic’s FAA-approved pilot program.
