Victoria Malone expressed her dissatisfaction with American Airlines after experiencing a broken Business Class seat on a seven-hour flight from JFK to CDG. She stated, "My $2000 Business Class seat was broken on our 7-hour flight from JFK to CDG. The flight attendant said AA knew the seat was defective before the flight. I sent a letter and received a $50 voucher. I deserve a cash refund." Malone shared her frustration via Twitter, concluding with, "YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED!"

In other news, Hertz has revised its points expiration policy. The rental car company now sets a five-year expiration period for points regardless of account activity. This change affects even active accounts, potentially leading to lost saved points.
