NetJets, a global leader in private aviation, has announced the expansion of its real estate footprint through more than a dozen projects across key U.S. markets, including the New York tri-state area and Arizona. By investing in both existing and new facilities, such as NetJets Service Hubs, the company aims to provide its customers, referred to as “owners,” with an enhanced and personalized brand experience and seamless access to their aircraft.

NetJets controls the largest market share of New York flight volume due to it being the busiest location for its owners. Consequently, the company plans to completely renovate and rebrand its primary fixed-base operator (FBO) at Teterboro Airport in New Jersey. After significant improvements are made in collaboration with Signature Aviation, this space will become accessible exclusively to NetJets owners. The enhanced facility will include amenities such as a private ramp and hangar space, a new owner lounge, VIP conference rooms, a refreshment station, dedicated parking, among others. These enhancements aim to ensure flawless transitions on arrivals and departures beginning in 2025.

Additionally, operations will commence this summer on an exclusive-use NetJets Service Hub in Scottsdale, Arizona. This will be the company's first new-build Service Hub within a global network of strategically located facilities where owners frequently travel. Operated in partnership with Jet Aviation, this new space will offer VIP conference rooms, a private lobby, an outdoor patio with mountain views, vehicular ramp access, covered parking — all exclusively for NetJets owners.

Further expansion plans include breaking ground this year on a new facility in Las Vegas which joins its recently opened dedicated terminal in Bozeman, Montana. The entirely new two-hangar Las Vegas FBO is scheduled to open in 2027 and will feature a dedicated terminal, lobby, and parking areas. Other growth initiatives are underway at various locations including Eagle (EGE), Atlanta (PDK), Bedford (BED), Austin (AUS), Dallas (DAL), among others.

"We are proud to announce our latest investments in support of growing our real estate footprint," said Patrick Gallagher, President of Sales, Marketing and Service at NetJets. "By introducing new NetJets Service Hubs in the West, strengthening our partnerships with FBOs and offering an exclusive facility at Teterboro we continue to help our owners reach across the country with ease."

This expansion is expected to extend NetJets' substantial network further while bolstering the company's ability to provide exceptional service nationwide. With these state-of-the-art facilities tailored specifically for their needs, NetJets continues solidifying its position as a global leader in private aviation.
