Schweiss Doors has introduced a newly designed and patented Strap Latch, aimed at enhancing the simplicity, cleanliness, and reliability of bifold door operations.

The Strap Latch, available in yellow, black, grey, and white, eliminates the need for traditional components such as cables, chains, sprockets, pulleys, extra motors, and additional parts. According to Schweiss Doors, all-strap doors operate with 90 percent fewer moving parts.

The new design ensures that the door remains firmly held against the building in all positions. It secures the door when open or partially open and locks it firmly when closed. Additionally, it provides added protection from wind gusts during any stage of operation.
