Ex-Republic Airways flight attendant Cierra Huffman, who has flown under the regional banners of American Airlines and Delta, has shared controversial advice with her 3.3 million TikTok followers on how to join the Mile High Club without getting caught.

Huffman claims that groups of passengers who had never met before and a new pilot joined the Mile High Club on a quick regional jet flight to Nashville. She also advises giving gift cards to flight attendants to secure a first-class upgrade. Her motives for sharing such stories appear linked to promoting her OnlyFans account.

In one video, Huffman provides tips on joining the Mile High Club, though she expresses skepticism about its appeal: “I never really understood the hype of joining the mile high club because pilots and flight attendants do it all the time.”

Her tips include:

- Noting that flight attendants congregate in the galley for half an hour after completing their main service, suggesting this is an opportune moment for passengers.

- Advising doing it at your seats if you have your own row but avoiding the back of the aircraft where non-rev employees are likely seated.

Despite her suggestions, Huffman acknowledges that some people engage in such activities in full view of others at their seats.

While joining the Mile High Club is neither extremely common nor rare, Huffman's assertion that crew members participate during flights is disputed. More practical advice would involve understanding aircraft layouts as not all lavatories are equal in size; AeroLOPA offers detailed information on this. For those intent on privacy, booking a charter flight might be more suitable.

Celebrity incidents involving the Mile High Club include instances with Victoria’s Secret models, Jamie Foxx, Tommy Lee, and Elizabeth Hurley. The phenomenon dates back to 1916 when Lawrence Burst Sperry crashed a Curtis C-2 Flying Boat off Long Island while engaged in intimate activities.
