JetBlue is currently offering a significant opportunity for travelers interested in transatlantic flights. Due to challenges with its transatlantic routes, the airline has made business class award space widely available on several flights. This availability extends from now until the end of spring and includes options for at least two passengers per booking.

Travelers can fly from New York JFK to Amsterdam, Dublin, Edinburgh, London Heathrow, London Gatwick, and Paris. Additionally, flights are available from Boston to Amsterdam, Dublin, London Gatwick, and Paris.

These flights can be booked for as few as 60,000 American Express points each way. However, costs vary depending on the program used for booking:

- JetBlue’s own program charges nearly 140,000 points each way.

- Etihad Guest requires 80,000 points each way.

- Qatar Airways Privilege Club charges 78,000 points each way.

Travelers have multiple options for transferring points to book these flights. Points can be transferred to Qatar Airways from either American Express Membership Rewards or Citibank. Alternatively, points can be transferred into British Airways from Chase, American Express, Capital One, Wells Fargo and Bilt. Currently, American Express offers a 30% transfer bonus.

With this bonus in effect, 60,000 American Express points convert into 78,000 British Airways points. These Avios can then be moved into the Qatar Airways Privilege Club program.

Taxes and fees vary by route; generally $5.60 in security taxes are charged for outbound flights but return trips from Europe incur between $50 – $200 in taxes and fees.

Credit is given to Find Flights For Me on Instagram for highlighting this opportunity.

While JetBlue operates narrowbody aircraft across the Atlantic Ocean routes included in this offer feature comfortable seating arrangements and commendable service quality.
