Whippets are mostly illegal, yet points can still be earned and redeemed for them. Loyalty programs have become ubiquitous. This trend became apparent a decade ago when a blood bank devalued its loyalty program, and it further manifested when a marijuana and munchies delivery service offered rewards, including a free eighth for participating in their refer-a-friend program.

Credit scores have now entered the dating scene. While FICO scores aren't all-encompassing, they do provide useful information about individuals.
