Cirrus Aircraft delivers its 10,000th SR-series airplane

Cirrus Aircraft has achieved a significant production milestone with the delivery of its 10,000th SR-series piston-single airplane. The company first introduced the SR20 in 1999 and over the past quarter-century, it has become the best-selling aircraft in its class. The latest models are part of the seventh-generation (G7) editions.

To commemorate this achievement, the Minnesota-based manufacturer unveiled a unique 10,000th SR series airplane. This milestone aircraft—a SR22T G7, registered as N10000—features a custom blue-and-white paint scheme that incorporates X, the Roman numeral for 10.

The G7 editions, introduced earlier this year, include the Garmin Perspective Touch+ flight deck with larger widescreen displays and enhanced systems integration, along with a redesigned interior.
