The Known Crewmember (KCM) system, which allows certain individuals to bypass standard security screening, has been found to be insecure. According to reports, anyone with basic knowledge of SQL injection could log into the site and add unauthorized individuals to both KCM and CASS systems. This vulnerability permits them to skip security screening.

An American Airlines passenger recently shared a disturbing experience on social media. "Wait for it… @AmericanAir is this normal? Very very gross on my flight to Burlington and may very well vomit on my own lap looking at and smelling this," tweeted Slimmy (@SlimJimmiesss) on August 29, 2024, along with a photo from flight AA0244.

In another instance, Slimmy tweeted again on the same day: "Sooo…send somebody down here and make them put their teeth back in and shoes back on, no?"

Additionally, there have been discussions about recent credit card offers. Personal Finance Billionaire U₃O₈ (@PFDigest) commented on August 28, 2024: "Oh, I dunno, there have been plenty of bizarrely un-generous credit card offers like this too. Old and busted: 100,000 point credit card sign-up bonus New hotness: https://t.co/yhQKczB41U."

On a different note related to travel experiences abroad, an American checking into a hotel for work described their room as the “most unhinged” ever. The incident was shared by Ash Loren (@ashseestheworld), stating: "This is so out of pocket like WHAT #hotelroom #hoteltour #worktravel #americanabroad ♬ original sound – Ash Loren."
