Taiwan-based STARLUX Airlines has announced a new codeshare partnership with Alaska Airlines, marking its first such collaboration. This agreement aims to enhance travel options between Asia and the United States by allowing passengers to book itineraries on a single ticket.

The codeshare initially includes eight domestic routes operated by Alaska Airlines from Salt Lake City, San Diego, Phoenix, Portland, Las Vegas, Dallas, Denver, and Austin to Seattle. From Seattle, travelers can connect on STARLUX flights to Taipei. This arrangement is designed to streamline check-in and luggage transfer processes for passengers.
