Emirates is reinforcing its commitment to women's cricket by supporting the 100% Cricket Future Leaders Programme during the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup. The initiative, part of the broader 100% Cricket Campaign launched in 2020, aims to offer development opportunities for aspiring female leaders in cricket.

The airline will provide exclusive fares and discounts to participants of the programme, facilitating access to learning opportunities beyond their home countries. This support includes connecting them with mentors to foster future female leadership within the sport.

This year's ICC Women’s T20 World Cup is being held in Dubai and Sharjah, UAE. As the tournament progresses into its knockout stages, four teams remain in contention for the trophy. Australia will face South Africa on October 17th, while New Zealand will compete against West Indies on October 18th. The final match is scheduled for October 20th.

Emirates engages fans throughout the event with activities such as Cabin Crew taking Polaroid photos and distributing frames at matches. Earlier this year, Emirates extended its global partnership with the International Cricket Council (ICC), committing support for both men's and women's events until 2031.

The partnership between Emirates and ICC has spanned over three decades, making it one of the most established collaborations in sports. Emirates' involvement includes sponsorship of umpire kits and transportation of officials to international events as a Global Partner of ICC. The airline's branding is prominently displayed at major cricket events worldwide.
