Emirates is set to enhance its service offerings in Kuwait and Dammam with the introduction of refurbished Boeing 777 aircraft. The airline aims to provide passengers on short flights the opportunity to experience its latest-generation products, elevating the standard for premium travel. These cities are now among the first in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region to be served by these upgraded planes.

The retrofitted Emirates Boeing 777 will begin operations on routes EK855 and EK856 to Kuwait starting October 27. For Dammam, services will commence on November 22 with daily flights EK823 and EK824, as well as EK821 and EK822. This makes Dammam the second destination in Saudi Arabia to receive this service.

Since refurbishment began in July, six Emirates Boeing 777 aircraft have been fully upgraded and are currently serving destinations including Geneva, Zurich, Brussels, Haneda, and Riyadh. The four-class configuration includes a Premium Economy section with seats arranged in a 2-4-2 layout. These seats feature cream leather upholstery with a pitch of 38 inches and an eight-inch recline.

The Business Class cabin takes inspiration from Emirates' A380 design elements. It features soft leather cream seats accented with champagne trim and lighter wood paneling. Each seat offers direct aisle access due to its 1-2-1 configuration and can convert into a flatbed up to 78.6 inches long. A small bar for snacks is also available within this cabin class.

Economy Class has been updated with ergonomically designed seating in soft grey and blue tones.

Emirates plans further expansion of its network featuring these latest-generation products across six U.S routes: Chicago, Boston, Dallas-Fort Worth, Seattle, Athens/Newark, and Miami/Bogota. Passengers traveling from Kuwait or Dammam through Dubai can enjoy seamless transitions between Premium Economy and Business Class cabins.

Tickets for these flights can be purchased via emirates.com or through various travel agents both online and offline.
