Federal Express Corporation has announced the European launch of FedEx Surround®, an innovative tracking and intervention solution aimed at enhancing logistics and supply chain management. The service will initially be available to healthcare customers in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, France, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, Spain, and Switzerland. Additional markets and sectors across Europe are expected to follow by late 2024 and early 2025.

FedEx Surround® employs monitoring technologies to anticipate potential disruptions in shipping processes. This allows both FedEx and its clients to make informed decisions quickly. The service offers three levels: Select, Preferred, and Premium. These tools cater to various industries such as healthcare, aerospace, automotive, and high-tech by providing critical updates and interventions that ensure the integrity and timely delivery of sensitive shipments.
