Four Seasons Hotel New York is set to reopen in November after being closed since March 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The hotel, owned by Ty Warner, faced challenges in maintenance and staff rehiring during its closure. A reported dispute over rates and operating costs also contributed to the delay.

The hotel is located on 57th Street, known as Billionaires' Row in Midtown Manhattan. It features an Italian-inspired menu at The Garden and a selection of drinks at Ty Bar. Reservations are now open for stays starting November 15, with all rooms expected to be available by 2025. New extended stay accommodations will soon be introduced.

Antoine Chahwan, president of Four Seasons hotel operations in the Americas, stated: "For more than three decades, Four Seasons Hotel New York has been a beacon of luxury hospitality for discerning guests from around the world — and around the corner." He added that as the hotel enters a new era, it welcomes back loyal guests while introducing new ones to memorable moments in New York City.
