Emirates has been recognized as the 'World's Best Airline' according to a new comprehensive study. The study highlights Emirates for its extensive range of services, noting that it "ticks nearly every box, from baggage allowance to punctuality." The airline is praised for operating the largest number of double-decker Airbus A380s, offering significant space and legroom across all cabins. Its premium economy class on the A380s is described as "the best in the sky," while business class includes a chauffeur service to and from the airport. First-class passengers enjoy an exceptional wine list and onboard showers.

The study evaluated 90 airlines based on criteria such as reliability, connectivity, luggage rules, inflight experience, fleet age, home airport quality, rewards program value, safety, heritage, lounge quality, and multiple reader polls and rankings.

In 2024 alone, Emirates has garnered 19 awards globally. At the Skytrax World Airline Awards in June, it received accolades for World's Best Airline Inflight Entertainment among others. In May at the Pax International Magazine Awards and Business Traveller Middle East Awards, Emirates was honored with several titles including ‘Best Inflight Entertainment and Connectivity Middle East’ and ‘Best Airline Worldwide’. It also excelled at the World Travel Awards with titles like ‘Middle East’s Leading Airline 2024’.

Emirates Skywards won 'Global Loyalty Programme of the Year Middle East' at the International Loyalty Awards in May. Additionally, it secured top positions at the March 2024 AirlineRatings.com Airline Excellence Awards for its inflight entertainment and premium economy offerings.

Emirates emphasizes that it does not affiliate with any awards or polls nor pay to enter them.

The airline's inflight entertainment system ice is renowned for its diverse content offering over 6,500 channels in more than 40 languages. Customers have access to free Wi-Fi inflight through Emirates Skywards membership.

First-class passengers benefit from private suites and luxury amenities such as unlimited caviar service and Dom Pérignon champagne. Business class features award-winning cuisine alongside Bulgari amenity kits.

The Premium Economy Class offers leather seats with ample pitch and recline options along with thoughtful touches like charging points and large TV screens. This class is available on select routes including London Heathrow and Sydney.

For family travel needs, Emirates provides priority boarding for families across international airports along with spacious seating arrangements suitable for children.
