She joins Star Alliance with a wealth of experience in the travel industry, having previously held senior roles at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group.
Luc Lachoix holds the position of Vice President, Digital & Technology at Star Alliance. He oversees IT architecture and operations while supporting customer experience and loyalty business areas. Lachoix has a background in airline industry technology, including leadership roles at Amadeus and Sabre.
Renato Ramos serves as Vice President, Strategy. With seven years at Star Alliance and previous experience at Avianca and LATAM Airlines, Ramos leads strategic initiatives and business planning for the alliance.
