Emirates has introduced a new culinary experience for its customers at the Moët & Chandon Champagne Lounge, located in the Concourse B Business Class Lounge at Terminal 3 of Dubai International Airport. The lounge features a unique design with 2,400 gold leaves and offers four varieties of Moët & Chandon champagne: Impérial, Rosé Impérial, Nectar Impérial, and Grand Vintage 2013.

Passengers can explore champagne pairings crafted by Emirates chefs using high-quality ingredients. The pairing principles focus on minimalist ingredients to enhance flavors, flavor harmony between the champagne and canapés, and visual appeal.

The first champagne offered is Moët Impérial Brut, paired with dishes like salmon tiradito and scallop tataki. Moët Rosé Impérial follows with pairings such as beetroot moutabel and bocconcini cheese. Moët Grand Vintage 2013 is paired with foie gras on toasted brioche among other dishes. Finally, Moët Nectar Impérial is served with dessert canapés like tropical crème and blueberry cheesecake.
