Online flight crew staffing company CrewBlast is expanding its services to include full-time placements. The CrewBlast app, introduced two years ago, has been instrumental in helping business aircraft operators find temporary and contract flight and cabin crewmembers.

"CrewBlast was built to bridge a gap in the speed at which operators can source contract pilots and flight attendants worldwide,” said CrewBlast CEO Timothy Griffin. “That efficiency and reliability have prompted operators to start requesting that we provide the same service for full-time placements.”

The app allows customers to receive responses from qualified applicants within seconds of starting a search. Griffin noted that shortly after introducing the full-time option, a Gulfstream G650 operator successfully found a full-time candidate within days. "Part of our process also allows for the operator to use the contractors on contract flights as part of the interview process," he mentioned.
