Bas Gouverneur is set to become the new CEO of Daedalean, succeeding Luuk van Dijk, who will continue as executive chairman. Gouverneur previously served as chief technology officer at Ruag.

The U.S. Senate has confirmed a three-year extension for Jennifer Homendy as chair of the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB). Homendy joined the NTSB in 2018 and became chair in 2021 after Robert Sumwalt stepped down.

Wheels Up announced Dave Harvey as its new chief commercial officer. Harvey brings 25 years of experience and was formerly chief sales officer at Southwest Airlines' B2B segment.

Solairus Aviation has appointed Brent Monroe as chief growth officer and promoted Bob Marinace to chief experience officer. Monroe has over 30 years of private aviation experience, while Marinace was previously senior executive vice president at Solairus.
