Disney Cruise Line offers a unique dining experience with Remy, an upscale French restaurant available on the Disney Dream and Disney Fantasy ships. This adults-only venue provides guests with a break from the cruise line's rotational dining system, allowing them to indulge in fine French cuisine while enjoying ocean views.

Remy is situated on Deck 12 and features a sophisticated atmosphere with plush seating and elegant decor. Guests can look for a small glass statue of Remy, the character from "Ratatouille," at the entrance. The restaurant serves dinner nightly and offers brunch and dessert experiences on sailings lasting four nights or more. Reservations are recommended through the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app or onboard.

The restaurant comprises three distinct dining areas: the main room with ocean views, the Wine Room showcasing over 900 bottles of wine, and the Gusteau Room, which offers private dining experiences inspired by "Ratatouille." Chef Scott Hunnel from Victoria & Albert's at Walt Disney World and Chef Arnaud Lallement from L'Assiette Champenoise collaborate to create Remy's menus.

Dinner at Remy begins with a complimentary Champagne cocktail named "Collette" after a chef in "Ratatouille." Diners can choose between two prix fixe tasting menus: one by Hunnel featuring American fine dining with French techniques (Gout), and another by Lallement focusing on French cuisine (Saveur). A la carte options are also available.

Brunch at Remy includes six courses accompanied by a glass of Champagne. The menu changes periodically but maintains high service standards. For dessert enthusiasts, Remy offers a five-course Dessert Experience featuring interactions with chefs.

Dining costs at Remy are $125 for dinner, $75 for brunch, and $65 for dessert per person, excluding optional wine or Champagne pairings which incur additional fees. The dress code requires formal or semiformal attire, although dressy-casual clothing is acceptable.

Remy shares space with Meridian Bar between itself and sister restaurant Palo. Meridian provides an area for pre-dinner drinks or photos before being seated at Remy.

Both Disney Dream and Disney Fantasy feature Remy restaurants; other ships in the fleet do not offer this option.
