Emirates has resumed its daily flight service between Dubai and Adelaide, offering over 4,200 weekly seats on a Boeing 777-200LR aircraft. This service provides 302 seats across two cabins, with 38 in Business Class and 264 in Economy Class. The airline expects to accommodate more than 220,400 passengers annually between the two cities.

The return of Emirates is anticipated to significantly impact South Australia's economy and tourism sector. According to the South Australian Tourism Commission, the flights are projected to generate over $62 million per year in tourism expenditure and create more than 315 full-time equivalent jobs.

In addition to passenger services, Emirates SkyCargo will enhance trade links by providing 14 tonnes of cargo space per flight, totaling 196 tonnes weekly. Key exports include seafood, meat products, fruits and vegetables, pharmaceuticals, machinery parts, retail garments, and electronics. The freight exports are valued at approximately $98 million annually.
