Air France is set to reintroduce its service from Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport to Orlando International Airport starting May 21, 2025. This marks the airline's return to Central Florida after more than a decade, having last operated this route in 2012. The new service will commence just before Memorial Day weekend, aligning with the beginning of the peak summer travel season.

This addition brings Air France's total destinations in the United States to 18 and increases its presence in North America to 25 locations. Kevin Thibault, CEO of Greater Orlando Aviation Authority, expressed enthusiasm about the announcement: "We are excited to welcome Air France back to Orlando, furthering our city's appeal as an international destination and connecting our region with one of Europe's most iconic cities."

The aviation industry has seen growth in international flights to Orlando, with data from Cirium indicating a 13% increase in total seats from international cities compared to 2019. However, European flight traffic remains below pre-pandemic levels.
