Hilton is set to expand its all-inclusive resort offerings with new properties in Mexico and the Dominican Republic. The company has announced a partnership with Oasis Hotels & Resorts to rebrand The Sens Cancun as The Sens Cancun Adults Only All-Inclusive Resort, Tapestry by Hilton. This resort will undergo significant renovations and is scheduled to reopen in 2026.

The updated resort will feature nine bars and restaurants, including a new rooftop bar offering views of the sea and Nichupte Lagoon. Jenna Hackett, senior vice president and global leader of Hilton lifestyle brand management, commented on the project: "With breathtaking ocean views, a vibrant atmosphere and a variety of culinary experiences, The Sens Cancun Adults Only All-Inclusive Resort is sure to deliver elevated stays and will be a welcomed addition to our portfolio."

This addition brings Hilton's total number of all-inclusive properties to 15. Despite having fewer such resorts than competitors like Hyatt, which recently expanded its collection significantly through acquisitions, Hilton has focused on organic growth. Nicole Tilzer, vice president of Hilton's all-inclusive and resort strategy, stated: "Hilton's All-Inclusive growth strategy is focused on being in the right place at the right time to meet the needs of today's global travelers."

In addition to The Sens Cancun, Hilton plans to open Zemi Miches All-Inclusive Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton in the Dominican Republic next year. This will be the first Curio Collection all-inclusive resort for Hilton.

The trend of merging lifestyle or luxury brands with all-inclusive concepts is also seen in other major hotel companies. Marriott recently launched its first Luxury Collection all-inclusive resort in the Dominican Republic and expanded further with another property opening in Mexico.
