Denis Brongniart Human Resources | Servair

Servair has announced its role in the success of Gate Gourmet Helvetia, a rail company within gategroup's SEA region, which has secured a significant contract to manage catering and services on TGV Lyria trains between France and Switzerland. This collaboration is set to continue until December 2030.

The renewal of this partnership was influenced by several factors: service quality, operational management, culinary creativity, CSR commitments, and daily support for onboard teams.

Gate Gourmet Helvetia aims to provide an exceptional culinary experience on TGV Lyria trains with over 17 daily departures connecting Paris to Basel, Zurich, Geneva, and Lausanne. Central to their offering is the creation of the Atelier Lyria Gourmet—a laboratory focused on gastronomic innovation and nutritional quality.

To achieve this culinary vision, Gate Gourmet Helvetia collaborates with renowned chefs Michel Roth and Danny Khezzar. Their team combines contemporary cuisine with French and Swiss gastronomic traditions. Antoine Pétrus contributes his expertise in Grand Cru wines for food pairings and plays a crucial role in training onboard teams for refined service.
