調査によると、中小企業の70%が前年より売上増加を見込んでおり、80%近くが特に東南アジアでの売上増を予測しています。これはデジタル化の進展や海外需要の増加によるものです。また、域内取引は2030年までに13兆5,000億ドルを超えると予測されています。

「アジア太平洋地域では、クリスマスから旧正月にかけてギフトシーズンが続きます」とフェデックスのカワール・プリット氏は述べています。「越境ECによる取引が急増する中で、中小企業はこのホリデーシーズンでの売り上げを伸ばす準備を進めています。」
