United Airlines is launching its largest winter schedule to date, operating nearly 4,600 flights per day across its network and expanding service to Africa, Southern Europe, and Latin America. The winter schedule begins today, featuring new nonstop flights from Newark to Marrakesh, Morocco.

“This winter, we're offering more flights to more destinations to give customers the widest range of places to explore,” said Patrick Quayle, United's Senior Vice President of Global Network Planning and Alliances. “Whether that's adventuring somewhere new overseas, unwinding with some sun or enjoying the best ski towns in the country, we're pleased to offer easy access to the top destinations for winter getaways.”

According to a press release, following a busy summer season with nearly 48 million travelers, United is expanding its offerings to meet ongoing demand for both international and domestic travel. New routes include Cebu in the Philippines, Medellin in Colombia, and Dominica in the Caribbean. United will be the only U.S. carrier with direct flights from the United States to Marrakesh and Cebu. In addition, the airline is extending popular seasonal routes to European cities including Milan, Rome, and Madrid.

The expansion includes additional flights from over 140 U.S. airports to destinations in the U.S. and abroad. United will increase services to winter destinations in both warm and cold climates, including enhanced flights to popular ski destinations such as Aspen, Palm Springs, and Jackson Hole.

New routes in Latin America include expanded services to Colombia, Mexico, and the Caribbean, as well as additional flights from United hubs in Chicago, Houston, Washington D.C., and Los Angeles. United’s winter schedule also increases service to top ski destinations, adding routes to Colorado, Montana, and California.

Tickets for the winter schedule are now available on the United app and United’s website.
