United Airlines is set to enhance its onboard experience with the introduction of redesigned amenity kits. The Chicago-based airline will begin offering these newly designed kits in its Polaris business-class cabin starting mid-November, according to an internal memo confirmed by a spokesperson from the airline.

The new kits are created in collaboration with wellness brand Therabody and resemble the casing of Therabody's Theragun Mini, a popular portable massage device. Although the massage gun itself is not included, the kits come in two colors: blue and gray. "There's no telling which color you'll find on your flight, so you'll just need to rack up flights in United Polaris if you want to collect them both," notes United Airlines.

Despite the redesign, the contents of the kits remain unchanged. Passengers can expect an Arrive Revived kit, earplugs, a dental kit, a pen, soft tissues, a sleep mask, socks, and a refreshing wipe. The design is intended for practicality and future reuse during travel.

In December, United will also introduce an updated children's travel kit aimed at keeping young passengers entertained. This new kit includes an activity book with crayons, a flight certificate, an origami guide, and a pop bracelet.

"This is the latest change that United is making to its onboard experience," states United Airlines. Recent updates include revamped menus on premium cardstock and improved bedding that reduces single-use plastics. The airline plans to unveil upgraded Polaris seats soon as part of new Boeing 787 Dreamliner cabins.
