The Boeing 787-10, the largest variant of the 787 Dreamliner series, has been in commercial service since April 2018. Singapore Airlines was the first to operate this aircraft and remains its largest operator with a fleet of 24. However, it primarily uses these planes on regional routes from Singapore Changi Airport.

According to Cirium's December 2024 data, several airlines are currently flying the Boeing 787-10 to and from the United States. Korean Air operates daily flights between Seoul Incheon Airport and Honolulu's Daniel K. Inouye International Airport with its four Boeing 787-10s. From January 1st, 2025, it will add a daily service to Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.

EVA Air also conducts 62 flights between Taipei Taoyuan International Airport and Seattle-Tacoma International Airport using its fleet of twelve Boeing 787-10s. The airline plans to retrofit these aircraft with a premium economy cabin in the future.

British Airways utilizes its eleven Boeing 787-10s for transatlantic routes to US cities such as Boston, Chicago, Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston, New York, and Seattle. The airline is awaiting delivery of seven more aircraft.

United Airlines stands out as one of the largest operators of the Boeing 787-10 globally. It runs numerous services across continents including transatlantic and transpacific routes with its fleet of twenty-one aircraft.

These five airlines collectively highlight the growing presence of the Boeing 787-10 in international travel markets connecting to the United States.
