For the 14th consecutive year, Delta has been recognized as the top airline for business travelers by Business Travel News. This recognition comes as the airline approaches its centennial year.

Steve Sear, Executive Vice President of Global Sales and Distribution at Delta, commented on the achievement: “This is another record win, but we are never satisfied with the status quo. We keep climbing.” He emphasized that Delta's success is due to their strategy of listening to feedback from corporate and travel agency partners and maintaining resilient teams focused on providing a comprehensive travel experience.

The annual survey conducted by Business Travel News evaluates airlines based on attributes such as network partnerships and frequencies, customer service, communication, distribution, products, and services. Bob Somers, Senior Vice President of Global Sales at Delta, stated: “This survey is our report card for how we are meeting our customers’ needs in the areas they value most.”

Delta continues to invest heavily in enhancing customer experiences both in airports and during flights. The airline has allocated over $12 billion towards airport upgrades to streamline travel processes and improve facilities like dedicated check-ins and lounges. In-flight improvements include fast, free Wi-Fi across its fleet and an industry-leading number of seatback screens equipped with personalized features.

Looking ahead, Delta plans to introduce new cabin designs for its narrowbody and widebody fleets starting with narrowbody 757s followed by widebody A350s in 2025.
