Federal Express Corporation, commonly known as FedEx, has been acknowledged at the HR Asia Awards 2024 in Singapore for its workplace practices. The company received the title of 'Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2024' for the second consecutive year. This recognition emphasizes FedEx's focus on cultivating a positive work environment and prioritizing employee satisfaction within Singapore. Additionally, FedEx was awarded the "Sustainable Workplace" award, reflecting its dedication to sustainability and environmental protection.

The HR Asia Awards are determined through a comprehensive survey assessing employee engagement, workplace culture, and company practices. FedEx distinguished itself among various organizations across the region by demonstrating a commitment to inclusivity and support for employees while engaging them in sustainability efforts.

Eric Tan, managing director of FedEx Singapore, stated: “Winning two prestigious awards from HR Asia Awards is a powerful testament to our robust corporate culture where employees feel valued and supported.” He further emphasized that this achievement showcases their dedication to caring for their workforce and promoting environmental responsibility.
