Lara Seymour from dnata Travel was acknowledged for her sustainability initiatives which include optimizing bus routes and implementing responsible travel policies.

Efforts were also made to improve travel experiences for People of Determination at Terminal 3 through sunflower lanyards and travel rehearsals for neurodivergent passengers.
