Iberia, the Spanish national airline, provides business class services across its fleet, catering to both long-haul and short- to medium-haul flights. The airline's business class offers features such as fully flat seats, lounge access, and a range of meals showcasing regional flavors.

On long-haul routes, Iberia operates with Airbus A350-900, A330-300, and A330-200 aircraft. These planes provide varying seat dimensions and amenities. For instance, the refurbished Airbus A350 features sliding doors for privacy in business class seats—a feature not available on the older models. All widebody aircraft offer fully flat seats but differ in pitch and width.

Iberia’s short- and medium-haul flights use narrowbody aircraft like the A319, A320, and A321. Although these planes do not have fully flat beds, they maintain an empty middle seat in business class for added comfort. Regional flights operated by Iberia Regional Air Nostrum include Bombardier CRJ-1000s and ATR 72-600 turboprops.

Business class passengers can access three lounges at Madrid Barajas International Airport (MAD) and Buenos Aires Airport (EZE). Additionally, being part of the Oneworld alliance allows Iberia customers entry into nearly 650 VIP lounges worldwide.

The airline offers three types of business class fares: Business Fare Optima, Business Fare Comfort, and Business Flexible. Each fare has different flexibility benefits regarding baggage allowance, meal inclusion, seat selection timing, changes allowed to bookings, and refund policies.

A key highlight of Iberia's service is its Mediterranean-inspired menu prepared by DO & CO catering company. This includes diverse meal options tailored to flight duration and destination with a focus on fresh ingredients from Spain. Long-haul flights feature appetizers to desserts while shorter journeys provide snacks or meals depending on flight length. Vegetarian meal options are also available alongside a selection of wines offered during long-haul services.
