Emirates receives first A350, prepares for maiden voyage to Dubai

Emirates has received its first A350 aircraft, which is scheduled to take off today. The plane was handed over this morning and will begin its ferry flight from Toulouse to Dubai at 1600hrs local time.

Aviation enthusiasts can follow the journey of the Emirates A350 in real time on Flight Radar 24. Upon arrival in Dubai, the aircraft will undergo final preparations at Emirates Engineering before being revealed at a special event later this week.

The delivery flight is notable for using a mix of jet fuel and sustainable aviation fuel (SAF).
