Emirates has announced the deployment of its A350 aircraft to Edinburgh, starting January 3. This move is part of a broader plan to introduce the A350 to eight additional destinations: Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Kuwait, Bahrain, Colombo, Lyon, Muscat, and Bologna.

The flight schedule for Emirates flight EK 23 will see it departing Dubai at 14:50 local time and arriving in Edinburgh at 19:05. The return journey on flight EK24 will leave Edinburgh at 20:40 and reach Dubai at 08:05 the following day.

Currently, Emirates operates daily flights to Glasgow using an A380 aircraft. With the addition of Edinburgh, the airline now serves eight UK destinations.
