American Airlines remains the dominant carrier at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport, accounting for a substantial portion of passenger traffic. In the year ending August 2024, American Airlines carried 67.2% of passengers at the airport. For December alone, it plans to operate four non-stop routes between DFW and Asia with daily flights using Boeing aircraft.

Korean Air provides competition on the Seoul Incheon route with its Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft offering slightly more seating capacity than American Airlines' services on the same corridor. Korean Air's presence at DFW has grown significantly over the past year.

Japan Airlines continues its operations between Dallas Fort Worth and Tokyo Haneda using Airbus A350-1000 aircraft. Despite maintaining flight frequency compared to last year, there has been a slight decrease in seat capacity due to changes in aircraft type.

Overall, these developments reflect an upward trend in connectivity between Dallas Fort Worth International Airport and various Asian destinations.
