Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, commonly referred to as SeaTac, serves as a major hub in the Pacific Northwest. The airport is vital for travel to Alaska and acts as a significant gateway for flights to Asia. According to Cirium, an aviation analytics firm, SeaTac ranks as the third-busiest West Coast airport for Asian flights after San Francisco International Airport and Los Angeles International Airport.

The Seattle area hosts over four million residents, contributing to a diverse dining scene at SeaTac. This diversity is reflected in its array of restaurants offering international cuisines.

In Concourse A, passengers can find eateries such as Africa Lounge and Floret by Café Flora. Africa Lounge offers African cuisine since 2020, featuring dishes like Sambusa and Congolese Jolloff rice.

Concourse B features LouLou Market and Bar, among other options like McDonald's and QDOBA Mexican Eats. Created by the late Thierry Rautereau, LouLou blends French and Pacific Northwest flavors with a distinct dark blue and white decor.

Alaska Airlines operates primarily out of Concourse C, which houses establishments such as Dish D’Lish and Hachi-ko. Hachi-ko serves Asian-inspired meals including grilled teriyaki and sushi.

Concourse D includes Ballard Brew Hall, known for its locally sourced beers reflecting Seattle's beer culture. It also offers seasonal dishes made from local ingredients.

The North Satellite Terminal exclusively serves Alaska Airlines with dining choices like Skillet Street Food’s location offering American classics with unique twists.

Meanwhile, the South Satellite Terminal caters to numerous international airlines but provides limited dining options including Greedy Cow Burger by gate S3.

SeaTac continues to offer diverse culinary experiences reflecting the cultural tapestry of Seattle while serving millions of travelers annually.
