Virgin Voyages, an adults-only cruise line, has introduced an Annual Pass that offers unlimited cruises for a year. The pass allows travelers aged 21 and older to board any of the company's ships at various destinations including the Caribbean, Bahamas, Greece, and other locations in the Mediterranean. This offering is an expanded version of their previous Season Pass which catered to digital nomads.

The Annual Pass provides passengers with the flexibility to start their cruising year on January 1st, February 1st, March 1st, or April 1st. Once activated, it remains valid for 365 days. The cost for this offer is $120,000 for two people in Sea Terrace balcony accommodations. Payment can be made via wire transfer and is nonrefundable.

Richard Branson, who launched Virgin Voyages as part of the Virgin Group, remarked on the initiative: "I've always been a big believer in the power of travel and adventure to spark creativity and bring clarity." He highlighted how the concept evolved from a work-from-sea model into a more expansive travel opportunity.

For those opting for this pass, benefits include $100 bar tab credit per voyage, priority boarding, free specialty coffees daily per cabin, premium Wi-Fi access without limits, complimentary laundry services, concierge service access as well as VIP events onboard. Customers also receive Deep Blue Extras loyalty status immediately upon booking.

The Annual Pass does not cover taxes and fees which apply separately to each cruise taken. Availability is contingent on space per sailing booked under this program. Cabin upgrades are possible through Virgin's Level Upgrade program; however solo travelers will still incur charges equivalent to two passengers minus taxes and fees applicable only to one person.

Virgin Voyages distinguishes itself by accepting bitcoin cryptocurrency as payment—a first among cruise lines—although full payment must be settled upfront at booking time.

Other cruise lines like Margaritaville at Sea have also ventured into unlimited cruising options with their Unlimited Paradise Pass launched in 2023 but priced considerably lower starting at $999 for two individuals albeit with more limitations compared to Virgin’s offer.
