AirlineRatings.com has integrated the UK-based SARPcheck audit into its safety ratings, supplementing or replacing the IATA's Operational Safety Audit. SARPcheck is managed by the Safety Audit Review Partnership Limited (SARP Ltd.), a not-for-profit organization based in London.

The program invites key industry stakeholders such as airlines, regulators, and audit firms, referred to as Safety and Quality Organisations (SQOs), to participate as members. These stakeholders help guide the SARPcheck initiative with the aim of improving global flight safety.

SARPcheck is described as a new global safety audit program for commercial aviation that focuses on enhancing flight safety and streamlining airline operations. It supports codeshares, wet leases, and charter operations through an approach noted for accessibility, affordability, and practicality.
