Federal Express Corporation, the world's largest express transportation company, has announced an expansion of integration capabilities for FedEx services with logistics platforms. This development provides small business owners with new opportunities to integrate with FedEx services regardless of their company's stage of growth.

As more e-commerce businesses look to outsource elements of their operations, external logistics platforms are gaining importance. These platforms offer a wide range of services across the supply chain, including automation of logistics services. The European market for supply chain software is expected to experience an annual growth rate (CAGR 2024-2029) of 3.34%, reaching a market value of $5.34 billion by 2029.

To meet this growing demand, FedEx has created a program that allows logistics platforms to easily integrate their products and applications with FedEx services via API. This new program complements the well-known FedEx Compatible Solution program, which supports larger platforms and has doubled in size over the past five years.

Participation in the Integrator program is free and largely self-service-based, allowing for a quick implementation process while ensuring full compliance with trusted FedEx technological standards.
